Bupa Touch is Becoming My Bupa

We always aim to keep you informed about important updates – so Bupa customers, this one is for you!

Starting on 16 July, Bupa Touch will be rebranded as My Bupa. While the name is changing, all the features your clients know and love will remain the same on both the app and Bupa’s website.

For Clients Already Using Bupa Touch

There is no action required.

The next time you log into Bupa Touch, it will automatically update to My Bupa. This is a great opportunity for them to explore all the features My Bupa has to offer.

For Customers Not Using the App Yet

Here’s how to get started:

Clients can find My Bupa on the App Store or Google Play. After downloading, they will need to create a digital Bupa account.

What Can Your Clients Do in My Bupa?

  • View Documents: Access and download cover documents, treatment requests, and health assessment reports.
  • Manage Claims: Submit and track claims, check payment statuses, and review previous claims.
  • Find a Consultant or Therapist: Use the online directory to locate nearby consultants or therapists, or speak with a nurse anytime via the Anytime HealthLine.
  • Find Wellbeing Support: Get general health and wellbeing advice, or participate in one of over 1,500 online fitness classes.
